As modern day coaches we understand that swimmers need an outlet and are going to miss sessions from time to time due to other commitments, to have fun or to rest. We understand the importance of recovery and avoiding injury due to fatigue and we need to keep our swimmers wellbeing as a top priority as sometime rest is more beneficial than a swim session. |
