Swimmers in Junior Squad should be aiming to attending 2 sessions a week in order to obtain the necessary level of skill and fitness to progress at the required level. |

| Equipment | ● Mesh swimming bag ● Pull Buoy ● Flippers ● Kickboard ● Drink Bottle ● Goggles x 2 All swimmers must have their own training gear which they must bring to every session. |
