State Squad

Description Squad Goals
● Victorian Qualifying time
● Vic Country Final
● Gippsland Champs Final

Swimmers aiming to reach this level of swimming need to be

committed to the program and session requirement in order

to reach the squad goals outlined above.

Swimmers are expected to make 5 sessions as regularly as possible.

As modern day coaches we understand that swimmers need an

outlet and are going to miss sessions from time to time due to other commitments, to have fun or to rest. We understand the importance

of recovery and avoiding injury due to fatigue and we need to keep our

swimmers wellbeing as a top priority as sometime rest is more

beneficial than a swim session.
