Description: State Squad swimmers have spent time working their way through the squad groups and building a fitness base that allows them to swim 4.5km-6km per session. They are committed to their training, attending a minimum of 5 sessions per week. Swimmers are qualified or aiming to qualify and attend the Victorian Age SC & LC Champs and VIC Sprint Champs.
Training Requirements: Minimum 5 sessions per week

● 3 GSI meets & Gippsland Championships
